BeforeNote is an iPhone app by Abdullah Furkan KOC. It lets you create photo records and PDF reports. The app does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics, third-party SDK, backend, or cloud sync.
Data handled on your device
Photos, record titles, notes, references, checklists, file metadata, and generated reports are processed and stored locally on your iPhone. Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo. Selected library photos are copied into the app. The app does not automatically send these records to us.
Sharing, backups, and deletion
When you use iOS sharing or export, the files you select go to the destination you choose; that destination has its own privacy practices. iOS system backups may include app data depending on your device settings. You can delete records in the app. Removing the app may remove its local data. Exports outside the app must be deleted separately from their saved locations.
Support email
If you email us at abdullahfurkan.koc@gmail.com, we receive the information you include and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive records or identity documents unless necessary. You may ask us to delete a support conversation by writing to the same address.

These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical access information according to its privacy statement. This website does not add analytics or tracking scripts.

Cihazınızda işlenen veriler
Fotoğraflar, kayıt başlıkları, notlar, referanslar, kontrol listeleri, dosya metadata’sı ve raporlar iPhone’unuzda işlenir ve yerel olarak saklanır. Kamera erişimi yalnız fotoğraf çekmeyi seçtiğinizde kullanılır. Galeriden seçilen fotoğraflar uygulamaya kopyalanır. Uygulama bu kayıtları bize otomatik olarak göndermez.
Paylaşım, yedekleme ve silme
iOS paylaşımını veya dışa aktarmayı kullandığınızda seçtiğiniz dosyalar seçtiğiniz hedefe gider; hedefin kendi gizlilik uygulamaları geçerlidir. iOS sistem yedekleri cihaz ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak uygulama verilerini içerebilir. Kayıtları uygulamadan silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak yerel verileri silebilir. Dışa aktarılan kopyalar kaydedildikleri yerden ayrıca silinmelidir.
